Nana Anna's win in the $50,000 Rachel's Turn S. Saturday evening at Charles Town Races gave the Eisaman training grad her first lifetime win in her stakes debut (
VIDEO) and gave Eisaman four stakes winners on the day.
Going 4 1/2-furlongs on a sloppy racetrack, Nana Anna was sent right to the lead by J. D. Acosta and was never seriously threatened as the 2-year-old filly cruised home a two length winner.
Owned by her breeder Norah B. Stable LLC, Nana Anna is out of the Singspiel mare Muklah (IRE) and is a full sister to the stakes winner Our Little Hen.
